NEW: Operational Weather Intelligence — Live RadarEmergency Management demonstrations can now show NOAA/NWS MRMS base reflectivity inside the Vanguard Common Operating Picture while preserving incident, AOI, route, facility, resource, shelter and assignment context. Demonstrate current radar, the prior four hours, play/pause history, opacity control, data-age/stale status and a copyable BEACON / ICS weather brief.
