Manage fixed/mobile feeding, bulk distribution/PODs, operating hours, capacity, service volume, inventory endurance, resupply thresholds, dietary/cultural needs and accessibility requirements.
Long-Term Recovery
Coordinate LTRG formation/readiness, Unmet Needs operations, recovery milestones and housing/repair/rebuild projects, including funding gaps, volunteer/construction capacity, permits, inspections and material needs.
Missions & Partner Coordination
Move needs through request, partner match, offer, explicit commitment, assignment, en route, operating, completion and outcome verification. Accepted work can route directly into My Work.
Sheltering & Mass Care
Connect shelter readiness/capacity/census/staffing and services with feeding, distribution, transportation, volunteer operations, donations/logistics, REACH gaps and BEACON intelligence.
Volunteer Operations
Coordinate VRC or decentralized volunteer operations: arrival, registration, verification, PPE/orientation, assignment, transportation, housing, feeding/showers/laundry and availability.
National / Current-AOI Roll-Up
New VOAD operational records flow into synchronized Map, Text and Graphics views with VOAD/LTRG presence, REACH and BEACON. Unmapped records stay explicitly listed rather than receiving invented coordinates.
Partner commitments and operational assignments remain explicit human/organization actions. Vanguard coordinates records, evidence, routing and accountability; it does not silently commit a partner organization.
